Terms of service

1. The seller

2. Prices
Prices for scissors, mannequin heads and sharpening are shown in Danish kroner including 25% Danish VAT. Prices for education and events are shown excluding VAT, as these are sold business to business. Travel and accommodation for education are charged in addition unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. The amount is charged when the order is placed.

4. When the agreement is made
A binding agreement is formed when you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is unexpectedly unavailable or if a price has been listed in error.

5. Delivery

6. Right of withdrawal and warranty
See our Return and refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven).

7. Education bookings
Education is booked by email at tomskou@icloud.com and should normally be arranged at least 30 days in advance. Individual terms for date, cancellation and travel are agreed in writing for each booking.
