Refund policy

14 days to change your mind You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel it, for any reason. Let us know at tomskou@icloud.com within those 14 days, and you then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Trying the scissors You are welcome to take the scissors out and try them, in the same way you would in a shop. Try them briefly on a mannequin or on a cut, and if they are not for you, send them back. If a pair has been used for weeks of salon work, it is no longer a return — we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss of value.

Return postage You pay the postage to send an item back to us. Please pack the blades so they cannot move inside the parcel, and include your name and order number.

Refunds Once we have received and checked the item, we refund you within 14 days using the same payment method you used to order.

Three-year warranty Every scissor carries a three-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a fault appears, contact us and we will repair or replace the pair. The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from dropping, or damage caused by sharpening carried out elsewhere.

Sharpening If you are not happy with a sharpening, send the scissors back and we will do them again at no cost.

Made to order Items made specifically to your specification are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Danish consumer law. This is stated on the product page where it applies.
