Shipping policy

Where we ship from All orders are packed and dispatched from Copenhagen, Denmark.

Denmark We ship with GLS. Shipping costs 45–65 DKK depending on the size of the parcel. The exact price is shown at checkout.

Sharpening Return postage is included in the sharpening price — you only pay to send your scissors to us. Send two or more pairs in the same parcel and we cover the postage both ways.

International We ship to most of Europe. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties or import VAT.

Dispatch time
Orders are normally dispatched the same working day. Some scissors are made to order and take two to three days before they leave us — where that applies it is stated on the product page.

Sharpening turnaround Your scissors are usually sharpened within two working days of arriving with us. Counting postage in both directions, expect them back within about a week. If anything takes longer, we will contact you rather than leave you wondering.
